Prospects for glottodidactics and linguistics. Jubilee volume on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the birth of Waldemar Pfeiffer
Jubilee volume contains 37 papers written by colleagues, friends and students of Professor Waldemar Pfeiffer on the occasion of his 70th birthday. Papers have been divided into the introductory part and the six topic-based parts concerning various aspects of glottodidactics and linguistics. The first part of the collection is devoted to the person and activities of the Professor. It contains an introduction, scholarly curriculum vitae, publication list and the jubilaei causa laudatio by Heinrich Pfeiffer and Georg Schütte, presenting the work and the scholarly and organizational activities of the celebrator of a jubilee in the field of German philology. In the following six topical blocks the authors present papers from the areas of applied linguistics, theory of communication, psycholinguistics, translation studies and theoretical linguistics.
