The alternation of the Moods Indicative and Subjunctive in the subordinated nominal clauses (methodology of linguistic analysis)
The subject of the present monograph is an analysis of the phenomenon of modal alternation of Indicative and Subjunctive Moods in the subordinated nominal clauses in the modern Spanish Language. The object of the work is, however, a creation of a multifactorial model, which, from a methodological point of view, would take into consideration connections and interactions between different linguistic levels. The author departs from the fact that the messages, speech acts, utterances are phenomena syncretic by nature. Thus, a selection of mood (or moods) is motivated by various syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, informative and textual factors which most frequently do not appear separately but form various combinations.
